Exercise and good nutrition are essential to a healthy mind. We can guide you to make lifestyle changes that optimize your mental and physical health.

 

At MBLDN Psych and Wellness we offer both in-person and virtual visits. Virtual visits can be a great way to work around busy schedules and to maintain safety.

 
 
IN-PERSON & VIRTUAL VISITS AVAILABLE

With that said, in-person visits can be refreshing in these times of screen-time burnout. We are happy to work with whichever visit you prefer. If you choose virtual visits, we just ask that you join the visit in a private setting in which you are comfortable discussing your mental health and that you have a strong enough signal to support video and audio to make the most of your time with us.
